Hey, I've got the ABS light on my dash popping up, and the ABS is not working whilst its on etc.. The code in the fault reader is 20545/ (OE-Factory codeF090) Sensor Ring FR Disturbed Function Can anyone help me decode this code into english? haha Thanks, James
It looks like its the Front right sensor, either has a bad connection on the sensor plug or the head is full of crap, or could be the abs ring has a load of rust stuck to it
ah thank you for helping me pin-point it! if the sensor has a bad connection are they easily replaceable/fixable do you know? I see ABS rings are pretty cheap
The sensor has a two pin plug within the wheel arch are, pull it apart and see if its corroded and the abs ring is part of the wheel bearing seal, so not that cheap and the hub needs to come off, the new bearing comes with a new sensor holder. Best to pull out the sensor and clean the seal/abs ring first.
