My 250's had the Maddox Chop, but can't help I think I want it a bit louder as well as popping a bit more, Those with a Decat and midbox chop - What's the drone like say at motorway speeds? Are you still able to have a normal conversation with your passenger or is it that bit too loud? Assuming if I drove it sensible and out of sports mode hopefully it should be fairly quite, but when giving it some it would be quite a lot louder Would normally just buy one and try it, but with how difficult it is to fit and remove I almost want to make sure if it's the right option for me
I have no interior trim or rear seats with a decat & Milltek with no front box. Cruising is fine, it only gets loud when nailing it.
Wicked, with a full interior and rear seats in it should be even more bearable then, More than happy with it being loud when pushing on!
I've always fancied a decat but my mate has one on his 250 and the car stinks of fuel is this normal for a decat?
The only time I can ever smell fuel is with the windows open or if I'm reversing. He should get it checked as one of the bolts may have become loose on the turbo, which in the worst case can kill you, as it fills the cabin with exhaust fumes. I know it sounds dramatic but it's not unheard of.
