Crail Raceway

Discussion in 'Track Days & Track Driving' started by ScottishEstateOwner, May 24, 2017.

  1. Not exactly track as such however Crail Raceway in Fife, Scotland are hosting the Ultimate Scottish Street Car event on 25th June, Quarter-mile racing with a huge turnout every year. Great choice of cars to race against and to see how fast your Meg gets down the Qmile. Myself in the Estate and I suspect one of the 275 Cup-S owners will be attending to see what we can leave behind on the drag.

Anyone else thinking of attending would be good to have a few of us there

Most Megane owners attend Knockhill as powerful fwd stuff is wank at the quarter. Horses for course I guess

  3. Totally in agreement mate however it's nice to show up everyone slates french and then you leave them when you get grip

You make the Megane sound quicker than it is, particularly when Crail is infested with the S3/R PCP and APR brigade [emoji23]

  5. Now its more focus and fiestas that think they have big power but know what you mean about the APR boys thinking they own something special

  6. Not been to crail in 17 years lol....last time I was there I destroyed the clutch on my Evo6. How was I to know that 6 full launches would kiil it :smirk: was just an excuse to upgrade after that.
