Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 Tyres (Pair) *GOOD CONDITION*

Discussion in 'Car Parts For Sale' started by Lewis, Aug 10, 2016.

  1. These were fitted to my car up until recently on the rear. I had a set of four, wore the fronts out and as I wanted to try Pilot Super Sports I bought a new set of these instead, so I have 2No. x Cup 2 tyres for sale. They have plenty of life left in them, grip amazingly (actually much better the PSS but never mind) and were very expensive new.

    Sizing is 235 x 40 x 18.

One tyre has had a puncture repair but this does not affect performance.

I'd like £185 collected or you can arrange your own courier. I am based in Tring Hertfordshire.

    Any questions let me know.

    Thanks guys.

  2. Just to note, puncture repair is sound and I've done 3k miles since it was done. However you could always get it redone for £10 if required.

    Offers?

  8. Hi Matt, I think £150 as they're in good condition with the exception of the repair and as said I've done over 5k on that. I only took them off as my fronts were completely worn and I wanted to try the PSS. If they don't sell I'll just use them again in the summer and get two new fronts.

Ps. The repair looks bigger than it actually is because the rubber is expanding out of the hole. Obviously they put a bigger price of rubber in the hole to make sure it's a super tight fit! If anyone was uber worried I'll take it to a tyre place and get them to redo it.
