Just thought id say hello! I have just bought a megane rs its a monaco gp and im informed the only one in the uk. Absolutely love the car am thinking of lowering and adding spacers?? Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated.
Hi, welcome! V strange with the car being a Monaco GP, unless it's a dealer-special or someone else just popped the badge on because they liked it.

Cool, never heard of that version. Should have stitching on the seats and white interior bits, wouldn't mind seeing how that looks! http://www.motorward.com/2011/02/renault-megane-monaco-gp-edition/ According to the above link it should have gloss black 18inch 'Keza' wheels Maybe the 19's were still an available upgrade, seems odd somebody would for a limited edition.
Its a starnge one it has a limited plaque on the dash with no.0082 and embodied seats and white dash strip and centre consol which looks really good. I have found an article from Australia about the rs monaco gp and according to that there were 50 made for the australian market and they all had nav pan roof and red brakes. Mine has none of thoes however!? I have been intouch with renault but they cant seem to shed any light on the spec or how the car ended up in england! Bit of a mystery nice to have somthing a bit different!

Had a look at the link that was posted, and yours seems to be nothing like it apart from the inside? maybe some how someone got bits from one that was being scrapped in Australia or where ever else they were produced for?

So what is difference with this special edition? Is it more than just a few stickers like most Renault specials?
